BPS v3 institutional website and conversational interface

1. Our approach
The Bluepinksecurity Inc. public institutional website is designed to operate without advertising cookies, performance-profiling cookies, personalized-marketing pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking. The primary interaction is TIAP, Bluepinksecurity’s conversational AI agent and interactive orb. A visitor may browse public material without accepting a cookie preference banner. This policy describes our stated approach and the distinction between browser storage and personal information processed for communications.
2. Cookies and related technologies
A cookie is a small piece of information that a website may ask a browser to store and send on later requests. Similar technologies can include local storage, SDK identifiers, pixels and fingerprinting. BPS does not intentionally deploy these technologies for advertising, cross-site profiling or optional analytics on the BPS v3 institutional website. Where hosting infrastructure or a third-party component uses storage strictly necessary for a visitor-requested feature or for security, we assess that use under applicable law and update this page as appropriate.
3. TIAP and microphone access
Using TIAP involves processing technical connection information and the information supplied in a voice or text conversation. Browser permission to access a microphone is controlled through the visitor's browser or device. The processing of audio, transcripts, contact information and conversation history does not depend on BPS placing advertising cookies. Details of purposes, data categories, providers, retention and privacy rights are available in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your controls
Because BPS does not intentionally use optional advertising or analytics cookies on the v3 institutional website, there is no optional cookie category to accept for the core experience. Visitors retain browser controls over microphone access, site permissions and stored data. Disabling necessary browser features may affect the operation of an interactive service. Privacy requests and marketing opt-outs are handled separately from browser settings.
5. Changes and contact
If BPS introduces a cookie, pixel or similar technology for a purpose requiring consent under applicable electronic-privacy law, the website will provide the necessary information and seek any required choice before use. We review third-party integrations when configurations change. The related Privacy Policy is at https://bluepinksecurity.com/legal/privacy.
